Funded and New Stretch Goals!
about 5 years ago – Sun, Mar 17, 2019 at 05:55:14 PM

We're now officially funded, meaning that it is time that we turn our attention to the project stretch goals and see how many we can unlock before the timer runs out. And now that we've met our goal -- and the sister campaign, The Citadel at Norðvorn, has met its goal -- we're happy to announce two new stretch goals that are directly related to the success of Douglas Cole's The Citadel at Norðvorn project!

If The Citadel at Norðvorn reaches $16,000 in funding before it comes to a close, we will replace the five dice that are packed inside the Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game box with six silver pearlized acrylic 14mm d6. And if The Citadel at Norðvorn hits $18,000 before that campaign ends, we will pack one 3.5-inch by 5.5-inch pocket journal (featuring Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game artwork) inside the Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game box set.

To unlock these two new stretch goals and improve the box reprint, please visit and support The Citadel at Norðvorn today! And for those of you who already own the first printing box, don't worry! If these two stretch goals are unlocked, we will make both the six dice and the journal available as separate add-on items.

Thanks for the continued support, gang, and for your assistance in helping both Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 2 and The Citadel at Norðvorn to succeed. With your continued support, we'll start unlocking stretch goals and improve the rewards!

95% and GURPS On Demand!
about 5 years ago – Sun, Mar 17, 2019 at 05:59:51 AM

With less than a week to go before the campaign comes to a close, we start Saturday morning at 95% of our goal . . . we're almost there! Less than $2,000 until we hit the goal and turn our attention to those stretch goals, and we've got an idea on how to help unlock stretch goals.

GURPS On Demand!

Are you unfamiliar with the 30+ out-of-print GURPS books that we've brought back into print using print-on-demand tools? You can find the complete list of available titles and order today . . . or, if you wish, you may increase your pledge here on Kickstarter and then select from the print-on-demand titles that we will offer in BackerKit. Either way, this is your chance to chase down some of those out-of-print GURPS books that may be missing from your collection.

Why would you choose to add these books to your Kickstarter rewards and not simply order them online right now? Adding to your Kickstarter pledge helps us to meet our goal and to unlock stretch goals! If you want the campaign to succeed, and if you want more monsters, add one or two of the GURPS On Demand books to your pledge today!

Spirit Guardian Adventure Seeds
about 5 years ago – Sat, Mar 16, 2019 at 08:43:11 PM

We're now at 83% of the goal and steadily climbing, gathering more and more support every day! As we've mentioned before, the new Monsters 2 book includes adventure seeds . . . which makes the original Monsters book feel forgotten. Fortunately, Matt Riggsby is here with another bit of fun for use with one of the monsters found in the Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game box set!

Spirit Guardian Adventure Seeds

  •  The Spirit Moves. Spirit guardians can be formidable, but at least they’re limited to one place. Usually. A spirit guardian attached to a forest may find its domain expanding when the forest grows. And when the forest is controlled by a mad druid with the power to make the trees march, the spirit guardian goes with them. If a group of delvers could just get to the druid, they could stop the moving forest’s weird rampage, but every step of the way, the quest is complicated by a spirit trying to push them out. And things could get really bad when the forest rolls up the slopes of an extinct volcano and the spirit’s attempts to pummel them start to do cutting damage (from the jagged shards of obsidian whipped up from the ground) rather than crushing.
